Gone are the days of hangovers being dealt with by greasy fry ups, fat laden food, chocolate and full fat coke... Although the pull off the butty shop for a breakfast bin lid was strong. A cup of coffee, 2 paracetamol and a bottle of water and I was ready to face the day.
Had a pretty relaxing day, pottering around doing not a fat lot. It was just what the doctor ordered!

Breakfast: cous cous with frozen fruits of the forest and a cherry shape 0% yoghurt
Lunch: cheese and ham pasta
Tea: quorn southern style chicken burger and garlic chips
HEXA: 250ml semi skimmed milk, 30g cheese
HEXB: 90g ham, 60g wholemeal roll
