So, as promised, today has seen my focus back on plan.
I've had a lovely day, finally catching up with a fab friend and meeting her baby boy ... It's been over a year since I last saw her, and I have to say she looks fab (she's a fellow SWer and one of my biggest inspirations).
This evening has involved planning food for the next week and redesigning our bedroom. Having kids, our needs always come last (as they should) but just this once, we're coming first and in a few months our bedroom will become a sanctuary for us to be able to relax in ... God knows we need it!!
Anyway, slight change to what we'd planned to eat today cos by the time we got home, hubby and I were starving and decided tomato soup just wouldn't cut the mustard!! So, today was a green day and food went like this:
Breakfast: toffee muller light Greek style and banana
Lunch: 2 quorn sausages, fried egg and beans
Tea: potato bake (it was a work in progress with slightly undercooked carrots and potatoes but I know how to fix that for next time!)
HEXA:
250ml semi skimmed milk
30g cheese
HEXB:
75g low fat cheese spread
90g bacon (raw)

2 quorn sausages - 2

Hifi light bar - 3

Total - 9 1/2
Here's to day 10 ... Finally made it to double digits!!
