When I set up this blog, with the aim of being on plan for 100 days, I knew there would be days where I wouldn't be on plan - birthdays, celebrations, Christmas and the likes. Tomorrow is one of those days as the (almost) 4 year old loses the (almost). What I wasn't expecting was the celebrations to start a day early!
I got up this morning with the best if intentions, planning a green day and a run. The run didn't happen, I had too much to do, but I was adamant I was sticking to plan ... And I did!!
The hubby has spent the last 2 weeks building a cage for our little fur ball, and the glass arrived today, so the majority of the day was spent moving the mansion and getting it all ready to move his lordship into. Whilst we were out this afternoon picking up a few bits, the (almost) 4 year old announced he wanted to go out for tea. He was given the choice of a nice tea tonight, or a nice lunch tomorrow (although he's likely to get both), and he decided he wanted Maccies. I want to have some birthday cake, and maybe a drink or 2 tomorrow, so I, begrudgingly, declined it. I sat, tortured whilst everyone around me was eating burgers and chips and drinking milkshakes, before realising that I had 1 HEXA and 2 HEXBs left to use ... On a green day!! I love it when that happens!!
Anyway, food today was as so:
Breakfast: Cous cous with frozen summer fruits and a strawberry shape 0% yoghurt
Lunch: Potato salad (1 syn for mayo)
Tea: Egg, SW chips and beans with 60g cheddar (HEXA And HEXB) and 60g wholemeal bread (HEXB)
Snacks: Shape raspberry 0% yoghurt, banana, grapes
Other HEXA was for 250ml semi skimmed milk used in coffee.
Syns: 1
Syns this week: 21
Syns left: 84
Today has been the hardest yet, and I'm really proud of myself for having the resolve to stick to plan :-)
